Tried to mail a package and the woman working was very rude and unhelpful. I was in the door at 10:50am and they closed at 11:00am. The women locked the door while I was in the lobby. I yelled to her to ask if she was going to let me mail my package and she stated that she would not that they were closed. I stated it was before 11am and she said I should have gotten here sooner and that it wasn't her problem.
